Hello Admins! Some of you have reached out for help in locating articles in SupportHUB and/or updating your saved article bookmarks. New tools have been addedto help you and your users locate the articles you need. A product filter is now available on the SupportHUB search page, so even users without a HUB login can narrow search results by product. Additionally, the PolicyStat Article Index lists previously existing articles by topic. This is especially helpful in obtaining the SupportHUB links for articles bookmarked in the legacy knowledge platform. The index is a static list and searching for articles remains the preferred method for accessing the latest content.
